Browse, touch and tour cliff dwellings more than 700 years old at the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Take the scenic route to the summit of Pikes Peak via the Cog Railway, the oldest passenger train in Colorado.
Have a little nostalgic fun at the Manitou Springs Arcade. The one place in town where Penny's are still accepted!
Manitou Mineral Springs Drinking Fountains
Get your water jugs ready! The city is known for it's Mineral Springs. You will find fountains fed by 10 different springs spread throughout the city.
Don't have any water jugs handy?
No worries, you can still enjoy a drink from the springs. Just stop by the Chamber of Commerce for tasting cups and a map.
Word of Warning: Some of the springs don't taste all that great due to extremely high mineral content. Try them anyway and find out which you can tolerate.
