Garden of the Gods Colorado Springs
The Garden of the Gods offers the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sandstone formations that tower high above the earth. See what father time does for natural beauty. This is a great way to teach kids a little bit of geology in a fun/family friendly atmosphere.
This is one of those got to see it to believe it Colorado Springs activities. If you want to drive away with some great photos we recommend you plan your visit at sunrise or sunset. You'll find that Pikes Peak makes a great backdrop!

The visitor center offers a cafe, souvenir shopping, exhibits, bus tours and a short HD Video about the History of the Park.
Don't forget to stop by the Trading Post on the South Side of the Park. Plan on spending a little time here for some shopping and a great selection of Burgers, Sandwiches and more at the Balanced Rock Cafe.
