Sharing our Love of Colorado Vacations

After many years of Colorado vacations and tons of research. We decided to start a family friendly vacation website as an opportunity to share our love of the "Centennial State" with families from all around the world.



Growing Up



I grew up in Texas and my family spent every vacation in Colorado. It was always the family favorite destination even when other opportunities presented themselves. I'll always remember Pikes Peak being one of my favorite mountaintop destinations. My favorite small town since I was a child has been Silverton. It always reminded me of a dollhouse community. The historic train rides like the Royal Gorge Route and the Durango Silverton Railroad have always intrigued me and my 2 sisters.



My husband grew up in several places over the years including a stint in Germany, Texas and several years in Denver and surrounding cities. He spent alot of time at the resorts like Keystone, Breckenridge and Winterpark. His favorite past time was skiing.





The Present



We currently vacation regularly with our daughter. Our 2 dogs Emily and Kodi are also great companions on these road trips across the state.



We all enjoy the scenic drives, awe inspiring mountains, rich history and boat loads of adventure available here. The people are amazingly friendly and the businesses are very family oriented. I'm amazed at how much the state is pet-friendly, which is pretty important to our family.





Our Goal



We believe in a healthy family unit. We use travel and adventure to make the family bond stronger. We hope to give your family the following:
