Colorado State Capitol
Free Denver Tours

The Colorado State Capitol is a great stop if your looking for some family fun on a budget. These tours are approximately 45 minutes in length. The walking tour covers the history of Colorado, construction elements of the Capitol building and offers a glimpse into the heart of the Senate and House of Representatives.



The Dome tour is probably the most attractive tour offered and is extremely popular. Reservations are required for this tour so plan in advance of leaving for your family vacation.

Details:

The Capitol Building is open from 7:30am - 5:00pm and offers a gift shop, cafeteria and is within easy access of the RTD Denver (Light Rail). Be sure to stop by the tour desk for a brochure.
